Cabin Rental at Wildwood Cove Resort
Our cabins are an ideal location for old-fashioned “wholesome” family
vacation in Oklahoma! It’s a chance to spend “quality
and take a step back in time while enjoying the charming nostalgia
of the past. It’s
a chance to just “be together” without the trappings
of modern life. Become reacquainted
by sharing a lively board game, having a leisurely
face to face conversation, watching a beautiful sunset, or brewing
coffee together at dawn.
Three of our cabins accommodate up to 3 people
and our larger cabins can accomodate up to ten people. Each unit
features lights, electricity, air-conditioning/
heat. Laundry facilities
are always close by. Our cabins
are simple sleeping facilities, and can accomodate up to 10 people.

We have five cabins, a two-story clubhouse and our home. These
restored 1940's stone-faced cabins. They
range from three people to ten people per unit. Rates start at
$75.00 per night + tax, per cabin (not per person).
Access to boat ramp and dock are included with each cabin.

Clubhouse/Gym is free to all of our Guests, It may also be rented out for Weddings,
Family Reunions, & or Business Meetings. To rent the clubhouse
for your next event...

Cabin Rental Policies
Clubhouse Rental Policy:
The Clubhouse is available for use by all Resort
guests (unless “Reserved” sign is displayed). Clubhouse
may be rented for $150.00/day. A cleaning deposit of $150.00 required
at time of rental, refundable upon completion of social function
and all items, including pots, pans, dishes, tables, etc., are
cleaned and returned to original condition. For questions and availability...
Reservations and Cancellations:
Our policy is intended to be fair with guests, yet prevent loss of income to our Campground.
A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Two-night minimum stay on all cabins on weekends and three night minimum on holidays.
ALL RENTAL DEPOSITS ARE
A “rain check” will be issued if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date.
An additional charge maybe assessed for a late check-out.
"Peaceful Time" is from 10pm - 7am
All trash must be bagged in plastic bags.
All dogs must be on a leash.
Owner must clean up after their pets.
Pet owner will be asked to leave the facility after one warning if dog/pet is found off leash. No refunds.
