Reservations and Cancellations:

Our policy is intended to be fair with guests, yet prevent loss of income to our Campground in Grand Lake.

  • A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
  • Reservations for all major holidays must be pre-paid in full.
  • Two-night minimum stay on all cabins on weekends and three night minimum on holidays.

ALL RENTAL DEPOSITS ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE.

A “rain check” will be issued if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date. Reservations are held until 6:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival day, unless notified or pre-paid in full. An additional charge maybe assessed for a late check-out.
